You will serve as a key contact for customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring renewal opportunities are identified and executed. Remote role with global collaboration, requiring strong forecast discipline and the ability to manage complex quotes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying role (sales, renewals, or account management).
• Experience forecasting and maintaining accurate forecasts in a sales environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal cycle from quoting to closure.
• Drive customer retention and reduce churn.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within renewal context.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and renewal data in SFDC and related tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, channel partners, distributors, and customers on renewal strategies.
• Identify renewal risks and develop action plans to address them.
• Communicate value proposition and renewal opportunities to stakeholders.
