MaintainX is seeking a seasoned Bilingual (Spanish) Mid-Market Account Manager, LATAM, to drive growth and manage a LATAM customer portfolio. You will own post-sale relationships, expand contracts, and deliver compelling product demonstrations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will navigate larger deals, forecast accurately, and conduct quarterly business reviews in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Remote-ready flexibility and a strong customer-success mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience with LATAM focus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Proven ability to expand client accounts and drive revenue in B2B.
• Experience navigating large deals and complex sales cycles.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills for data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to conduct product demos and quarterly business reviews.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing sales environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
• Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proactively identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and product demonstrations.
• Manage multiple tasks including demos, proposals, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Master Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo and related systems.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and expansion opportunities with clear accuracy.
• Maintain a startup mindset and drive growth for LATAM-based customers.
