SupportYourApp in the United States is seeking an L2 Technical Support Consultant to deliver outstanding technical support via email, phone, and chat. You will own and triage technical issues, analyze inquiries, and document failures while following SLAs in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in technical support or a similar role, strong English (C1), and hands-on experience with Windows and Linux CLI.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Technical Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Advanced Support Specialist role.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware and software in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via email, phone, and chat.
• Own and triage technical issues reported by customers.
• Analyze inquiries and resolve technical issues or provide clear workarounds.
• Escalate to internal teams with proper documentation and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records of failures, maintenance, and bugs.
