Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a proactive Customer Support Consultant to join our global team in a fully remote capacity in the United States. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, build lasting relationships, and stay up-to-date with client solutions.

Candidates should have excellent English (C1), 6–12 months in customer support, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Experience in travel or hospitality is a plus.
