Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant for a short-term engagement with potential to extend. You will deliver professional technical support via email and chat, troubleshoot product issues, and guide customers through solutions.

A remote-friendly, international environment and USD compensation are offered. The role requires strong English communication (C1), at least 1 year in technical support, and solid troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication (C1) for spoken and written.
Minimum 1 year in technical customer support.
Video support experience is a plus.
Tech-savvy mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset with practical approach to resolving issues.
PC with stable internet connection (≥8GB RAM) and reliable network.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support via email and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions step-by-step.
Identify whether an issue is related to the bulb, app, connectivity, setup, or user configuration.
Ask the right questions to understand and diagnose the problem.
Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps clearly.
Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues when necessary.
Provide a positive, patient, and professional customer experience.
Manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
