Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks a top-performing sales professional to sell KeyTrak key control solutions in the automotive market. You will develop leads, manage accounts, and close deals in a defined territory while building client relationships.

You will receive a base salary of $60,000 with total targeted compensation around $85,000 per year including commissions. Training and travel are involved, and the role supports remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong closing and negotiating skills.
• Able to travel overnight with hotel stays up to 2-3 night/week.

Responsibilities

• Sell KeyTrak key control solutions to automotive market within an assigned territory.
• Grow customer base and manage existing accounts and relationships.
• Develop leads, present proposals, and close deals with new and existing customers.
