Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, a leader in dealership software, is seeking a top sales performer for KeyTrak in Des Moines. Selling our key control solutions to automotive markets, you will grow a customer base, manage accounts, and build relationships while traveling as needed.

Base salary is $60,000 with total target compensation around $85,000 in the first year including commissions. Training backs this role with comprehensive product and sales-skills coursework at Reynolds University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong closing and negotiating skills.
• Willing to travel overnight up to 2–3 nights/week.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Sell KeyTrak key control solutions to the automotive market in an assigned territory.
• Grow customer base and manage existing accounts and relationships.
• Develop leads, present proposals, and close deals with new and existing customers.
• Travel as required to client sites and maintain relationships for repeat business.
