Job summary

Lantheus is seeking a Key Account Manager-Nuc Med to lead strategic sales efforts in Nuclear Medicine/Medical Imaging across an assigned geography. You’ll contract, educate, and onboard imaging centers, physicians, and staff on PYLARIFY, coordinating with PMFs and field teams to drive uptake and build lasting partnerships.

The role is remote within the United States, requiring travel up to ~60% and close collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Science, and Sales to ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• 4+ years contracting experience with healthcare entities; strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Analytical ability to assess and communicate business performance, including resource allocation.
• Effective verbal and written communication to clinical, technical, and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient MS Office and CRM skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in ambiguity.
• Collaborative skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans for Nuclear Medicine/Imaging Centers.
• Identify and contract with new imaging customers and advance to product utilization.
• Onboard new customers through education and training on PYLARIFY and PMF partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with HCPs, administrators, and other key personnel.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Science and Sales teams to optimize outcomes.
• Promote PYLARIFY ethically and ensure patient-first approaches are maintained.
