Job summary

Lantheus is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for Nuclear Medicine to promote PYLARIFY and grow our Nuclear Medicine business across designated geographies. This remote, field-based role involves contracting, onboarding, and ongoing education of sites within health systems and IDNs.

You will engage physicians, nuclear medicine professionals, and administrators, develop territory plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize access and utilization of imaging agents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in oncology, nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, or another complex specialty market within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
• Demonstrated experience selling directly to healthcare providers and decision-makers, including physicians, department directors, administrators, supply chain, and purchasing.
• Experience developing business across both individual sites and IDNs or health systems.
• Healthcare contracting and negotiation experience, including new agreements, renewals, or product-access arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and key-account plans that achieve sales, access, utilization, and profitability goals.
• Build relationships with physicians, nuclear medicine leaders, technologists, department directors, administrators, supply chain, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding and education of new sites on approved use of PYLARIFY through in-services and presentations.
• Identify reimbursement or access challenges and coordinate internal resources to address them.
• Represent Lantheus and promote PYLARIFY in a compliant, ethical, and patient-first manner.
