Job summary

Chiesi USA is seeking a Field-Based Key Account Manager for Global Rare Diseases in the Charlotte area. You will drive strategic account plans, engage healthcare professionals, and deliver disease-state education to support prescribing with our rare disease portfolio.

You will partner with regional leadership, maintain relationships across multi-state geography, and navigate payer access, data insights, and compliant practices. Travel up to 60% to conferences and regional meetings is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or business; pharma background a plus.
10+ years pharma sales/related experience in a large geography.
Experience selling to healthcare professionals and multistate accounts.
Strong relationships, access, and market knowledge in the field.
Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

Create and execute strategic account plans for rare disease products.
Provide disease-state education to HCPs and staff to drive appropriate prescribing.
Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to address local market needs.
Navigate payer access information and provide insights to optimize product messaging.
Travel up to 60% within the territory and to regional conferences.
