Job summary

Solventum is seeking an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser SME) for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on preparing daily Kaiser worklists and reports, supporting the Kaiser team, and handling escalations to protect time, cost, and customer experience.

Ideal candidates have AR experience (5+ years) and call center exposure, with strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution with AR experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with AR experience.
• Working knowledge of intermediate accounting concepts and AR processes.
• Attention to detail, planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Healthcare experience with customer service, training/coaching, and leadership.
• Experience supporting Kaiser accounts and related workflows.
• Experience leading teams through training and performance-improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily worklists, workload assignments, and operational reporting for Kaiser team.
• Serve as primary resource for escalations and team questions, including priority account handling.
• Audit accounts for quality assurance, identify trends, and provide coaching and training recommendations.
• Train and monitor new employees and support team/department meetings and communications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, and Collections to propose process improvements and write-offs for management.
