Job summary

Solventum- is seeking an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser SME) to support Kaiser operations remotely. You will prepare daily worklists, audit accounts, and provide coaching to teammates while coordinating across queues and departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily worklists, workload assignments, and operational reports for Kaiser team.
• Serve as primary escalation resource and coordinate cross-functional queues.
• Audit accounts for quality, identify trends, and provide coaching and training recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Field Service, and Collections to improve processes and resolve issues.
