Solventum is hiring a In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser Team) for a remote role in the United States, working 1:00pm to 10:00pm CST with periodic Saturday rotation. The position emphasizes order release, billing support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely revenue realization.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in healthcare/customer support, plus experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher and five (5) years of experience providing customer support, call center services, healthcare support, or related operational support.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience working with ERP and related business systems such as HERO, Oracle, Delair, FileNet, or Genesis.

Responsibilities

• Managing order release, billing setup, and documentation follow-up to support timely revenue realization.
• Reviewing ship-pending orders for missing information and coordinating with internal and external customers for required documentation.
• Partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to secure approvals and resolve issues impacting order release and billing processes.
• Prioritizing daily worklists and recertification/reauthorization activities to minimize billing delays and revenue loss.
• Delivering excellent customer service while identifying process improvement opportunities and providing team backup support.
