Job summary

Solventum is hiring a In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser SME) to prepare daily worklists and reports for Kaiser team, providing escalation support and cross-functional liaison. The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and leadership in a remote environment.

The position requires AR and call center experience, healthcare familiarity, and strong communication. Work hours are 8am–5pm CST, Monday to Friday, with no weekend rotation, and compensation ranges for US applicants

Qualifications

Working knowledge of intermediate accounting concepts and AR processes.
Experience working independently with attention to detail and planning, organization, and communication skills.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills; manage conflict and interact with diverse customers with composure.
Healthcare background with customer service, training/coaching, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Create and distribute daily worklists, workload assignments, and operational reports for Kaiser team.
Serve as primary resource for escalations and team questions, including priority account handling across queues.
Audit accounts for quality assurance, identify trends, and provide coaching and training recommendations.
Train and monitor new employees and support team/department meetings and communications.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Field Service, and Collections; prepare ad hoc reports and suggest process improvements.
