Job summary

Solventum is seeking an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser SME) to support Kaiser accounts remotely in the United States. The role focuses on AR processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, accurate worklists and escalations are handled efficiently.

You will collaborate with Sales, Field Service and Collections while coaching teammates and maintaining high data quality. The role requires a healthcare background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher AND 5 years AR experience AND 1 year call center experience.
• High School Diploma/GED AND 9 years AR experience AND 1 year call center experience.
• Working knowledge of intermediate accounting concepts and AR processes.
• Strong independence, planning, organization and communication skills.
• Healthcare customer service, training, and leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily worklists, workload assignments and operational reports.
• Serve as primary resource for escalations and cross-queue coordination.
• Audit accounts for quality assurance and identify trends for coaching.
• Train and monitor new employees and support team meetings.
• Partner with Sales, Field Service and Collections and propose process improvements.
