Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare-focused innovator, is seeking an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser SME) to support Kaiser account workflows remotely in the United States. The role emphasizes AR processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to keep accounts accurate and customers satisfied.

You will create daily worklists, handle escalations, audit accounts for trends, train teammates, and partner across Sales, Field Service, and Collections to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years AR experience and 1 year of call center experience
• Alternatively, HS diploma with 9+ years AR experience and 1 year of call center experience
• Working knowledge of intermediate accounting concepts and AR processes
• Ability to work independently with strong planning, organization, and communication skills
• Experience solving problems, negotiating, and handling diverse customers in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily worklists, workload assignments, and operational reports to support team execution and SLA adherence.
• Serve as a primary resource for escalations and team questions, including priority account handling across queues.
• Audit accounts for quality assurance, identify trends, and provide coaching and training recommendations.
• Train and monitor new employees and support team and department meeting facilitation and communications.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Field Service, and Collections to produce ad hoc reports and propose process improvements, mass adjustments, and write-offs for management approval.
