Job summary

Solventum seeks an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser SME) for a remote US role. The shift is Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm CST. You’ll prepare daily worklists, generate reports, handle escalations, and support Kaiser account activities with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

You’ll train teammates, monitor performance, and collaborate with Sales, Field Service and Collections while driving process improvements and KPI adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years AR experience with 1 year of call center experience.
• Or High School Diploma with 9 years AR experience and 1 year of call center experience.
• Working knowledge of intermediate accounting concepts and AR processes.
• Independent work style with planning, organization and strong communication.
• Healthcare background with customer service, training/coaching and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily worklists, workload assignments and operational reports.
• Serve as primary resource for escalations and priority account handling across queues.
• Audit accounts for quality, identify trends, and coach for performance improvements.
• Train and monitor new employees; support team and department meetings.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Field Service, and Collections; produce ad hoc reports.
