Job summary

Solventum is hiring an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser SME) to support Kaiser team operations remotely. You will create daily worklists, handle escalations, and drive quality through audits and coaching.

The role requires AR experience, strong accounting knowledge, and effective communication, with leadership responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration. The position is remote in the United States, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm CST, with a compensation range of $50,240 to $69,080,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 years AR experience and 1 year of call center experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 9 years AR experience and 1 year of call center experience.
• Working knowledge of intermediate accounting concepts and AR processes.
• Independent work with attention to detail, planning, organization and communication skills.
• Prior experience problem-solving and negotiation; manage conflict with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily worklists, workload assignments, and operational reporting to support team execution and SLA adherence.
• Serve as a primary resource for escalations and team questions, including priority account handling and coordination across queues.
• Audit accounts for quality assurance, identify trends, and provide coaching and training recommendations.
• Train and monitor new employees and support team and department meeting facilitation and communications.
• Partner cross-functionally as a liaison among Sales, Field Service, and Collections; produce ad hoc reports and recommend process improvements.
