Job summary

Solventum is seeking an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser SME) to support the Kaiser team from a remote location in the United States. You will prepare and distribute daily worklists and reports, handle escalations, and partner with Sales, Field Service, and Collections to drive timely financial processes.

The role requires AR experience, call center background, and a healthcare mindset. It includes training, coaching, and performance improvement responsibilities, with a 8am-5pm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years AR experience and 1 year call center experience
• High School Diploma/GED with 9 years AR experience and 1 year call center experience
• Working knowledge of intermediate accounting concepts and AR processes
• Experience working independently with attention to detail and planning, organization, and communication
• Healthcare background with experience in customer service, training/coaching, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily worklists, workload assignments, and operational reports to support team execution and SLA adherence.
• Serve as primary resource for escalations and team questions, including priority account handling and cross-queue coordination.
• Audit accounts for quality assurance, identify trends, and provide coaching and training recommendations.
• Train and monitor new employees and support team/department meetings and communications.
• Partner cross-functionally as liaison among Sales, Field Service, and Collections; produce ad hoc reports and recommend process improvements.
