Job summary

Trellix in the United States is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to partner with sales teams in driving technical wins across our cybersecurity portfolio. You will discover customer requirements, deliver solution demonstrations, and manage proofs-of-value to help organizations defend against evolving threats.

Working with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers, you will help discover needs, build trust, present solution proposals, and execute POVs to secure technical wins.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cybersecurity-related experience.
• Experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical support roles.
• Foundational knowledge in security architectures and cloud security.
• Certifications preferred (Security+, CCNA, AWS/Azure Fundamentals).

Responsibilities

• Qualify technical requirements with sales to drive wins.
• Deliver clear technical demonstrations and POCs.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs with presales guidance.
• Support POV execution to show solution value.
• Engage technical contacts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Participate in executive briefings and beta programs.
• Stay current on security trends and feed product teams.
