Job summary

Trellix in the United States is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to partner with our commercial and enterprise sales teams, uncover customer requirements, and deliver solution demonstrations to drive technical wins across our cybersecurity portfolio.

You will work closely with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers to run proofs-of-value, present solution proposals, and support RFIs, RFPs, and POVs as you grow presales skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in cybersecurity or presales roles.
• Strong ability to capture requirements and create BOMs.
• Experience delivering demos and technical presentations.
• Familiarity with RFx responses and POVs.
• Certifications preferred (e.g., Security+, CCNA, AWS/Azure Fundamentals).

Responsibilities

• Support technical wins by qualifying requirements and presenting capabilities.
• Assist in discovery of customer business needs and map security challenges.
• Deliver clear technical demos and assist with solution proposals.
• Contribute to RFx and RFP responses with presales guidance.
• Help execute POV activities to demonstrate performance.
• Build rapport with technical contacts and address inquiries with Support.
• Assist with executive briefings, beta programs and early adopter initiatives.
• Participate in presales enablement and share customer insights with Product.
