Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer to support technical wins for commercial and enterprise accounts. You will assist with requirements gathering, demos, and POV activities while partnering with Account Executives and Senior Sales Engineers.

Join a cybersecurity leader and grow presales skills across Sales, Renewals, Support, and Product teams. This role is remote in the United States with a strong path to advanced presales capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, presales support, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Attention to detail in capturing requirements and BOM creation.

Responsibilities

• Support technical wins with sales reps and senior engineers during client calls to qualify requirements and present capabilities.
• Assist in discovery of customer needs, map security challenges, and align them with use cases.
• Deliver clear technical demonstrations and assist in presenting solution proposals to stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires with presales guidance.
• Help manage and execute POV activities to demonstrate solution performance against criteria.
• Build rapport with technical contacts, address inquiries with Support, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Support demonstrations for Executive Briefings, customer beta programs, and early adopters.
• Participate in presales enablement programs and share customer insights with Product teams.
