HTSG is seeking a remote IT Support Specialist Intern to assist team members across multiple locations. You will provide remote technical support, troubleshoot access and password issues, and support onboarding/offboarding while contributing to process improvements.

You will work under the COO and complete two defined projects per term, with hands-on responsibilities and mentored guidance. The internship offers paid compensation and the opportunity to develop IT and business analysis skills.

Competenze

• Foundational IT support aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and basic device troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to document work clearly.

Mansioni

• Provide remote technical support via tickets, chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot login, password, MFA, and Entra ID issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve checklists and SOPs.
• Complete two defined IT improvement projects per term.
