Job summary

RGL Logistics is seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to provide entry-level technical assistance in a business IT environment. You will work with IT Operations, triage tickets, set up Windows devices, and help maintain asset records while supporting onboarding and project tasks in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in or recently completed an IT-related program and can document work clearly. Flexible scheduling applies to fit class commitments.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent completion of an IT or related program with basic PC hardware knowledge.
• Familiarity with Windows PCs, Microsoft 365 apps, mobile devices, printers.
• Willingness to document work clearly in tickets and records.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, triage tickets, and document issues in the Service Desk Plus system.
• Resolve routine first-level issues under guidance and escalate as needed.
• Set up Windows endpoints and mobile devices following procedures.
• Maintain IT asset records in Snipe-IT and support documentation.
• Assist with new-hire tech setup and participate in IT projects.
