Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a remote IT support specialist to assist business clients worldwide. You will diagnose hardware, software, connectivity and system issues, administer Microsoft 365, and support network and firewall basics.

You'll use RMM platforms to monitor systems, document steps, and escalate complex problems to senior engineers when needed. Excellent written and spoken English and client-facing skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT technical support experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and professional verbal English.
• Remote client-facing support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support to business clients.
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, connectivity and system issues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 user and account administration.
• Support basic network connectivity and firewall configuration.
• Use RMM platforms to monitor and support client systems.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate system notes.
