Job summary

Attracting Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our South Florida MSP team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite client visits and a requirement to live in South Florida.

You will troubleshoot a broad range of technologies, support Microsoft 365/Azure, and work within an MSP toolchain to deliver reliable end-user and systems support. This position offers real growth in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of IT support or systems administration experience preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 administration including AD, DHCP, DNS.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, tenant management and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, servers, networking equipment, and business applications.
• Manage tickets from initial contact to resolution using MSP tools and documentation.
