Job summary
Connect Media Solutions is seeking a dependable IT Helpdesk Technician to provide remote and occasional on-site support for MSP clients. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, configure Desktops and laptops, and manage Microsoft 365 accounts, while delivering excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates have experience with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and basic networks. This role offers growth in managed IT services and a collaborative team environment in Northwest
Qualifications
- Experience providing technical support to end users.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 apps.
- Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN knowledge.
- Experience using remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, remote access, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot Windows and macOS computers and peripherals.
- Install/configure desktops and laptops.
- Configure Microsoft 365 accounts and applications.
- Install software, security patches, and updates.
- Provide on-site support when needed.
- Document all actions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
