Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven business development success in U.S. IT staffing.
• Strong prospecting and new customer acquisition experience with track record of turning opportunities into long-term accounts.
• Consultative selling skills with a relationship-driven approach to sales and partnerships.
• Demonstrated success closing direct client and MSP accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development to grow direct client and MSP partnerships in IT staffing and project solutions.
• Build a personal brand as a trusted partner via LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and technology community presence.
• Partner with recruiters and delivery teams, balancing empathy with urgency to meet client needs.
• Utilize social selling, networking, referrals, and smart prospecting to create new opportunities.
• Own your book of business with an entrepreneurial mindset and treat accounts as your own.
• Represent Golden Technology with authenticity, professionalism, and a relationship-first approach.
• Consistently drive activity, growth, and revenue-related outcomes.
