• Relevant experience in IT staffing, workforce solutions, technology consulting, enterprise sales, vendor management, or senior technology leadership.
• Strong professional relationships within the technology or staffing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop clients, partnerships, or vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new direct-client IT staffing and consulting opportunities.
• Build relationships with enterprise clients, MSP/VMS programs, Tier-1 vendors, and system integrators.
• Facilitate introductions to executives, procurement leaders, vendor managers, IT leaders, and hiring managers.
• Support vendor empanelment, strategic partnerships, and client onboarding.
• Coordinate with NCS leadership and recruiting teams to convert opportunities into successful business relationships.
