Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Client Manager (Business Development) to drive new business in staffing and recruiting. You will prospect, build client relationships, and craft tailored staffing solutions while coordinating with recruiters to place top talent.

This fully remote role offers uncapped earnings, access to leading recruiting tech, and back-office support. You’ll join a collaborative North American team and help clients navigate workforce needs with integrity and entrepreneurial

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results driven.
Experience using CRM and recruiting technology.
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, social selling, and strategic outreach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted staffing partner.
Identify hiring needs and develop customized staffing solutions.
Partner closely with recruiters to identify, present, and place top talent.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through signed agreements and successful placements.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
Stay current on industry trends, hiring activity, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate client activity, job orders, and pipeline information within our CRM.
