Qualifications

• Experience in IT staffing, workforce solutions, or technology consulting.
• Proven ability to develop clients, partnerships, or vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new direct-client IT staffing and consulting opportunities.
• Build relationships with enterprise clients, MSP/VMS programs, Tier-1 vendors, and system integrators.
• Facilitate introductions to executives, procurement leaders, vendor managers, IT leaders, and hiring managers.
• Support vendor empanelment, strategic partnerships, and client onboarding.
• Coordinate with leadership and recruiting teams to convert opportunities into relationships.
