Job summary

Connection is seeking a Business Development Manager 2 to drive growth from a remote setting in GA. You will build relationships, listen to customer needs, and collaborate with top tech manufacturers to deliver value.

In this full-time role, you will develop sales plans, meet with management regularly, and partner with vendors to win new accounts while expanding existing ones. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Delivers presentations to customers and prospects promoting Connection’s NSP capabilities and explaining the benefits and value of Connection as a complete solutions and services provider.
• Sets up customer meetings and executes on those scheduled meetings, uncovering new opportunities while fostering long-term relationships.
• Completes daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly administrative functions.
• Plans travel logistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and grows existing key accounts and develops new business.
• Delivers revenue and GP targets with a defined territory plan.
• Meets weekly/bi-weekly with sales management on plan and pipeline.
• Builds relationships with inside account managers and visits top accounts 2–3 times per year.
• Partners with vendors to grow key accounts.
• Conducts regular vendor calls and face-to-face planning with top vendors.
