Qualifications

• Experience in a staffing agency within the last 3 years.
• Ability to work with recruiters to relay requirements and maintain client control.
• Collaborates with other divisions to cross-sell services.
• High energy with urgency and ability to develop repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Close opportunities by identifying prospects, building relationships, recommending solutions, and making placements.
• Exceed minimum activity metrics including calls and visits.
• Qualify each req and convey details to recruiters.
