Qualifications

• Track record of selling IT staffing or recruiting solutions.
• Experience in staffing agency environment preferred within last 3 years.
• Ability to work with recruiters to communicate requirements and cross-sell services.

Responsibilities

• Close opportunities by identifying prospects and making placements.
• Meet or exceed activity metrics (calls and visits) as set by management.
• Qualify each req and convey details clearly to recruiters.
• Cross-sell Eliassen Group services across divisions and contribute as a team player.
