Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales in the Richmond, VA area with a remote-friendly setup. You will identify prospects, build relationships with key decision makers, and make placements to grow our business.

You will collaborate with recruiters, cross-sell services, and meet activity targets. A base range of $60,000-$85,000 plus tiered commissions rewards energy, persistence, and results.

Qualifications

• Track record of selling IT staffing solutions.
• Experience in a staffing agency environment within the past 3 years.
• Ability to work with recruiters to convey requirements to clients.
• Collaborative mindset to cross-sell services across divisions.
• High energy with urgency and ability to develop repeat business.

Responsibilities

• You will close opportunities by identifying prospects, building relationships, recommending solutions, and making placements.
• You will meet or exceed activity metrics including calls and visits as outlined by management.
• You will qualify each requirement and clearly convey details to recruiters.
• You will understand Eliassen Group's divisions to effectively cross-sell our services and share your knowledge with the team.
