Job summary

Eliassen Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Account Executive to drive client relationships and placements in our thriving staffing and consulting practice. You will identify prospects, build relationships with key decision makers, and present strategic staffing solutions that meet client business challenges.

In this role you’ll work closely with recruiters to match highly qualified IT candidates to client needs, while leveraging a tiered commission structure.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling IT staffing solutions with focus on hunting and new business.
• Experience in a staffing agency environment in the past 3 years.
• Ability to work with recruiters to convey reqs and client control.

Responsibilities

• Close business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing relationships, and making placements.
• Exceed activity metrics including calls and visits as outlined by your manager.
• Qualify each requisition and convey details to recruiters.
• Cross-sell Eliassen Group services by understanding division differentiators.
