Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Project Manager III for a remote, nationwide role. You will lead IT/software implementation projects from initiation to closure, guiding cross-functional teams, managing budgets, schedules, and quality outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in PM, PMP/CSM/CSPO with strong MS Project skills, and experience with KPI-driven project controls within a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years PM experience in IT/software implementations.
• Proven track record in IT/software implementation projects.
• Expertise in formal Project Management Plans with all typical sub-plans.
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Project (Pro/Online).
• Proficient with KPIs like Earned Value, ETC, SPI/CPI.
• Active PMP, CSM, and CSPO required.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• SDLC expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as Scrum Master for agile projects to maximize team productivity.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for timely, within-scope delivery.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure resource allocation, scheduling, and budget adherence.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation (charter, logs, plans).
• Communicate decisions and risks to stakeholders; escalate as needed.
• Coach teams in agile practices and foster a collaborative environment.
