Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a hands‑on Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across locations. You will lead performance improvements, ensure security, and drive reliable, efficient IT services for a growing wholesale distributor.

The role requires 10+ years of IT leadership, strong networking and cloud knowledge, and experience managing MSPs and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with equivalent experience accepted.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience including operations and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and third‑party vendors.
• Strong incident management, service delivery, and performance measurement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365 and identity management.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with project teams and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, SaaS providers, and technology consultants.
• Establish service expectations and monitor provider performance.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Improve support processes and automation to boost productivity.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
