Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure across multiple locations. You will lead a hands‑on technical team and coordinate with outsourced providers to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient services for employees.

You will drive improvements in uptime, security, and cost efficiency while partnering with the CIO on strategic planning and vendor accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with operations, infrastructure and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and third‑party vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• IT service management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, and cloud infrastructure across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems via third parties.
• Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate improvements to strengthen reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives in partnership with project management, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, security providers, and technology consultants.
• Establish service expectations and monitor vendor performance; hold providers accountable for timely support.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Advise CIO on technology planning, vendor performance, investments, and cost efficiency.
• Build productive relationships across IT and business to drive improvements.
