Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply is seeking a Manager, IT Operations to lead the technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across our locations. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to keep services reliable and secure for employees.

Requirements include 10+ years in IT operations, broad networking/cloud knowledge, and experience managing external IT services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive IT roles including operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and third‑party vendors.
• Strong incident management and service-delivery capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration tools.
• Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PM, internal teams, and providers.
• Guide troubleshooting and problem resolution when needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, and security vendors.
• Establish service expectations and monitor provider performance.
