Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to lead technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across a multi-location network. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning to keep services reliable, secure, and efficient for employees.

You will oversee networks, cloud, Microsoft 365, identity management, and third-party providers, driving improvements, incident response, and cost optimization while collaborating

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive IT experience including operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud services, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with outsourced IT services, vendor management, and security considerations.
• Strong incident management, performance measurement, and operational improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration tools via third parties.
• Identify risks, coordinate improvements, and scale infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PM, internal teams, and external providers.
• Guide troubleshooting and participate in problem resolution as needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Set service expectations, monitor vendor performance, and ensure timely support.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality, issues, and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Improve support processes, automation, and self-service for productivity.
• Collaborate with security leaders to implement measures within services.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost efficiency.
• Foster collaboration across IT and business units.
