Outdoor Living Supply LLC seeks a seasoned Manager, IT Operations to lead our technology infrastructure and outsourced IT services across multiple locations. You will drive reliability, security, and efficiency while shaping technology improvements to support growth.

You will oversee networks, cloud, and M365 ecosystems, coordinate with MSPs, and implement governance, reporting, and cost controls. A hands-on leader who mentors teams and partners with the CIO will thrive here.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT operations and leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, M365, identity management.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and vendors.
• Strong incident management and service delivery.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives without direct reports.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with multi-location distribution/retail environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Certifications in IT service management are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee networks, servers, cloud infra, and telecom across locations.
• Oversee M365, identity management, and collaboration tools with third-party providers.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs, teams, and external providers.
• Provide guidance and participate in troubleshooting when needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, vendors, and security providers.
• Set service expectations and monitor provider performance.
• Develop reporting on service quality and improvement opportunities.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Improve support processes and automation to boost productivity.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
• Build cross-team collaboration and accountability across IT and the business.
