Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. You’ll lead a hands‑on technical team to keep services reliable, secure, and efficient across all locations, while shaping improvements that support the growing business.

This role requires 10+ years in IT operations with strong networking, cloud, and Microsoft 365 expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, and technical leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, and technology operations.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third‑party vendors.
• Strong understanding of incident management, service delivery, performance measurement, and operational improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, Wi‑Fi, internet, servers, cloud, and telecom across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT management systems with third‑party providers.
• Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate improvements for reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with project management, internal teams, and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT support, SaaS administrators, security providers, and technology consultants.
• Establish service expectations, monitor vendor performance, and hold providers accountable for timely support.
• Develop reporting that highlights service quality, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with teams responsible for systems.
• Advise the CIO on technology planning, vendor performance, and cost/efficiency opportunities.
• Build productive relationships across IT and business to drive improvements through collaboration.
