The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency for employees.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Relevant IT service management certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud, and telecom across locations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and third-party IT management systems.
• Identify risks and coordinate improvements to strengthen reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives in partnership with PM, internal teams, and providers.
• Provide direct troubleshooting and problem resolution when needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Set service expectations and monitor provider performance; hold vendors accountable.
