Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to keep services reliable, secure, and efficient across all locations.

You’ll lead infrastructure initiatives, manage vendors, and guide incident resolution while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience in operations, infrastructure, service delivery and leadership.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, MSPs, and third‑party vendors.
• Strong incident management, performance measurement, and operational improvement skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical recommendations, challenge vendors, and align with business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud infra, and telecommunications across locations.
• Provide operational oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools, and IT systems managed by third parties.
• Identify risks and drive improvements to strengthen reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs, internal teams, and external providers.
• Provide guidance and participate in troubleshooting and resolution when needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT support, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Establish service expectations and monitor provider performance.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality, recurring issues, and improvements.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Improve support processes, automation, and self-service to boost productivity.
• Coordinate with security partners to implement effective controls within services.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
• Build strong relationships across IT and business to drive accountability.
