Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to oversee our technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across locations in the United States.

You’ll be a hands-on technical leader who ensures network reliability, security, and efficient operations, partners with security providers, and advises the CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in IT operations and technical leadership.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud, Microsoft 365.
• Experience with outsourced IT services and vendors.
• Strong incident management and service delivery focus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability and availability of networks, servers, cloud infra across locations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, identity management, collaboration tools; IT systems managed by third parties.
• Identify infrastructure risks and coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with project management and external providers.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, outsourced IT, SaaS admins, security providers.
• Establish service expectations and monitor vendor/service desk performance.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality and issues.
• Support incident coordination and escalation with responsible teams.
• Advise the CIO on planning, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
• Build productive IT-business relationships to drive improvements.
