Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply LLC is seeking a seasoned Manager, IT Operations to oversee the technology infrastructure, outsourced IT support, and service providers across multiple locations in the United States.

You will combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to keep networks, cloud services, and security reliable while driving improvements. This remote role requires strong collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and the CIO to optimize costs and service quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations and infrastructure.
• Experience with outsourced IT services and MSPs.
• Strong incident management and service delivery experience.
• Multi-location distribution/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, reliability, and availability of networks, servers, cloud, and telecom across locations.
• Manage Microsoft 365, identity management, and third-party IT tooling.
• Identify risks, coordinate improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives with PMs, teams, and providers.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting when needed.
• Manage relationships with MSPs, SaaS admins, security providers, and consultants.
• Establish service expectations and monitor provider performance.
• Develop service standards and reporting on quality and issues.
• Support incident coordination and escalation.
• Improve support processes and automation.
• Collaborate with CISO and security providers on security measures.
• Advise CIO on planning, vendor performance, and costs.
• Build relationships across IT and business teams.
