Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Analyst, IT Governance to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL. You will collaborate with developers, users, IT staff, and vendors to enhance performance, processes, and data health.

The role involves planning, implementing governance controls, and supporting regulatory compliance while ensuring systems run optimally and changes are managed effectively.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field required.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1–3 years IT experience in information technology or computer science.
• Experience leading a team of analysts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and compliance.
• Monitor governance processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Identify process improvements with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers and address underlying problems with stakeholders.
• Coordinate incident response and change management activities.
• Develop and implement Major Incident Management processes.
