Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, IT Governance to join our team in a dynamic IT environment. The role develops and maintains IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices.

You will collaborate with developers, business users, IT professionals, and vendors to ensure compliant, efficient operations and to support risk management, incident response, and continuous improvement across environments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience required.
• ITIL certification or familiarity preferred.
• 1–3 years of IT or computer science experience required.
• After hours support is required.
• Experience leading analysts in an Enterprise Service Suite environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and compliance with requirements (access, change, incident, service management).
• Monitor and improve IT governance processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Identify and recommend process improvements with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers to incidents, service requests, problem and change management; drive resolution.
• Support incident response activities with stakeholders and reviews of corrective actions.
• Assess change impact on governance policies and controls; ensure controlled implementation.
• Develop and maintain Major Incident Management processes and delivery.
• Provide after-hours support for major outages.
• Other duties as assigned.
