You will collaborate with developers, business users, IT teams, and vendors to improve performance and data health, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with company goals.

The role includes maintaining governance controls, leading incident and change management, and providing after-hours support for outages.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1–3 years IT experience in governance or related area.
• Experience with enterprise service management and incident handling.
• Ability to gather requirements and document processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and vendors.
• Monitor IT governance controls and assess risk.
• Lead incident management and major incident processes.
• Coordinate change management impact assessments.
• Communicate governance processes and improvements.
• Provide after-hours support for major outages.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
